These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pak333 ("pak333", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pak333 platform, including the website at pak333.vip, all associated games, betting services, payment facilities, and promotional programmes.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active account with pak333. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If pak333 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended, any associated balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred for further review.
2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, valid mobile number, and a functioning email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using pak333. pak333 does not warrant that its services are legally accessible in all regions. Users accessing pak333 from jurisdictions where such services are prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
2.5 KYC Verification. pak333 is required to verify user identity before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit acceptable identification documents (including a copy of your CNIC) as part of the know-your-customer ("KYC") process. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak333 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 pak333 will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pak333 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.3 All activity conducted from your pak333 account while you are logged in is deemed to be authorised by you. pak333 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 If you suspect that your pak333 account has been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify pak333 support without delay.
4.1 Currency. All pak333 transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak333 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pak333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability. The list of accepted methods is subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit at pak333 is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account tier and selected payment method.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals at pak333 are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on the balance being withdrawn; (c) the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your selected payment method. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
4.5 Processing Times. pak333 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Actual transfer times are also dependent on the processing timelines of the recipient payment provider and are beyond pak333's sole control.
4.6 Fraudulent Transactions. pak333 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal request pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. pak333 may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
5.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by pak333 are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is offered. These Terms provide the general framework; promotion-specific terms take precedence for matters they explicitly address.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per round while a bonus is active, and time limit will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are satisfied.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. pak333 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings and suspend the relevant account if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse. Indicators of bonus abuse include, without limitation: multiple accounts, coordinated play, pattern betting designed to fulfil wagering with minimal risk, and exploitation of promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.4 pak333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform wherever reasonably practicable.
6.1 Each game available at pak333 is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood those rules.

10.3 pak333's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with their account shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Disputes regarding the outcome of individual bets or game rounds must be raised within fourteen (14) days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
